Delete your TradeStack account

In the app
- Sign in on the TradeStack app or website.
- Tap your initials in the top right, then Account.
- Under Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
Deletion happens straight away. If you have jobs in progress, money held in escrow, unpaid invoices, or a firm that other people belong to, the page tells you what to finish first. Stuck on one of those? Email support@tradestackpro.com.
Without signing in
Email privacy@tradestackpro.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you, then delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
- Your sign-in, name, email, phone and profile details
- Your business name, licence and WorkSafeBC numbers
- ScopePads, with their voice recordings and photos
- Where you were when you clocked in or out, and clock-in notes
- Your memberships in firms and crews, and pending invitations
- Saved payment-method references
Kept, without your name
- Invoices, receipts, payments and job cost records
- Hours worked on someone else's job
- Photos and issues on a job, which belong to that job
These are business and tax records shared with the other party on each job. Canadian law requires them to be kept, generally for six years.
